Self-service or full service

We are mainly self-service to keep costs down, which leaves you free to set up the room your way. If you would rather we look after things, full service is available for an extra $150 per session.

A space that inspires

An old heritage building with faded vintage glamour: uneven floors, a roof that leaks in storms, perfectly imperfect. If you are after a creative space that’s inspiring, and definitely not corporate, then we’d love to have you.

Things to note to ensure all our guests are comfortable:

We’re dog-friendly, with regular pets at the studio, so please let your guests know.

The studio is on the first and second floors, reached by stairs only, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.

Includes exclusive use of The Living Room, Balcony Room and the Garden Room and shared use of the kitchen and outdoor rooftop. Total space 120 square metres.

The Living Room comes with tables and chairs, 55” TV screen with HDMI cable, 5G internet, HD 1080p webcam with wide 90° field, large whiteboard and air-conditioning.

The Balcony Room is a break out space with a private bathroom, couch area and small smokers balcony.

Accommodates up to 24 people workshop style, and up to 30 people cocktail/theatre style. 65 square metres total space. Includes use of shared outdoor terrace and kitchen.

The Living Room comes with tables and chairs, 55” TV screen with HDMI cable, 5G internet, HD 1080p webcam with wide 90° field, large whiteboard and air-conditioning.

Self-Service:

Our studio runs contact-free, with no staff on-site. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you the front door code and directions to your room. Full instructions, including wifi and Bluetooth speaker details, will follow once payment is complete.

While you're here:

Help yourself to tea, coffee and chilled water in the shared kitchen.
Feel free to rearrange the tables and use the extra chairs.

Before you leave:

Pop any used glasses and mugs in the dishwasher.
Return the furniture to its original layout.
Put all rubbish in the bins.
Turn off the lights and close the front door behind you.

Full Service (+$150)

Prefer a hand getting set up? One of our team will meet you at the studio to:

Let you in and set up the room in your preferred layout, with chilled water and glasses on the table.
Help you connect to the wifi, TV and air-con.

Once you've finished, they'll return to tidy the room and kitchen, wash up and clear the rubbish, so you can simply walk out the door.

Please note our team member won't stay for the whole session. If you'd like on-site support throughout, get in touch and we'll put together a quote.

Payments:

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to your booking.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
